By using this website or placing an order with Area419.com, you are agreeing to the below statements and terms of sale.

Customer Affidavit:

  • I am not currently less than eighteen (18) years old.
  • By selling or delivering firearms accessories to me, Area419.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
  • I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
  • I am not a fugitive from justice.
  • I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
  • I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any defense articles.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

If any of the above statements under the “Customer Affidavit” section of these Terms and Conditions are untrue, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Area 419 Firearms, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.

Shipping

We do our best to ensure that your product reaches your door as quickly and as trouble-free as possible. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select a shipping method and to designate the address to which you would like your products shipped. You cannot change this information after checkout. Title to your products will transfer to you once they are delivered to the address you provided at checkout, based on the delivery date and time reflected in the shipping carrier’s records. For US customers, once your products are delivered, you assume all responsibility for them, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. For international customers, this assumption takes place as the time the product leaves the US. You release Area 419 Firearms, LLC from all liability and responsibility for your products after they are delivered. 

Shipping Destination Restrictions

Area419.com does not ship to any area prohibited by law from shipping product, and does not directly export any goods restricted from US export. If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be canceled and you will be subject to the cancellation fee described below.

Order Cancellation by Customers

In order to provide you with the best customer service and get your order processed as fast as possible we encourage you to make sure your order is complete and correct at the time you place the order. We may not be able to cancel or change your order once it has been sent for processing.

Order Cancellation by Area 419

We do not like canceling orders, but we reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions. If we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount.

Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.

To initiate a return, please e-mail us at info@Area419.com so our team can issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

You must include the RA number with the return to insure correct refund and or exchange. Any damage must be noted. All returned products are examined upon arrival at our facility. Once we receive and examine your return, we will either send you a replacement or issue you appropriate refund or store credit. Only products in new/sellable condition will receive a full credit, unless the damage occurred in transit to you and you properly notified and documented the damage

If you decide you want the product back after it has been received at our warehouse, we are happy to collect additional payment from you to cover the costs to ship the product back to you.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

While Area 419 Firearms, LLC strives to offer high quality products and excellent customer service, it is merely a retailer of products that are designed, manufactured, and tested by other companies. Therefore, you agree that Area 419 shall not be liable for any claims or damages, or for the breach of any warranty, express or implied, whether of merchantability or fitness for any purpose or otherwise, in any way related to any of the products listed on Area 419.com or any of our communication channels.

Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that Area 419 Firearms, LLC, disclaims all liability for the accuracy of information provided to you, and for how you use information provided to you, by Area 419 Firearms, LLC. You understand and acknowledge that Area 419 Firearms, LLC, cannot be held liable for how you or anyone else uses any information received from Area 419 Firearms, LLC. Therefore, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Area 419 Firearms, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution arising from or related to your use of information provided by Area 419 Firearms, LLC. You must review all information and safety warnings before purchasing and using products from Area419.com or any of Area 419 Firearms, LLC’s dealers.

By placing an order with Area 419 Firearms, LLC, you agree that you alone are responsible for how the product is used by you or by any other party. You agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Area 419 Firearms, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution arising from or related to the products you purchase, including, but not limited to, the use, storage, or transportation of the product. If any other party files a claim of any kind against Area 419 Firearms, LLC, arising out of or relating to your purchase, use, storage, or transportation of products from Area419.com, you will indemnify and pay to defend Area 419 Firearms, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.

Jurisdiction

You agree that if you choose to file a lawsuit against Area 419 Firearms, LLC, or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, that lawsuit must be filed in a court located in Fulton County, Ohio. You agree that any lawsuit filed in any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to Fulton County, Ohio and that you will reimburse Area 419 Firearms, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, they incur in defending a lawsuit or effecting its removal until the lawsuit is properly before a court in Fulton County, Ohio.

Governing Law

You agree that Ohio law will govern (i) your purchase and use of any products from Area419.com; (ii) any information you receive from Area419.com; (iii) any legal action instituted against you by Area 419 Firearms, LLC; and (iv) any legal action you institute, or that someone else institutes as a result of your actions, against Area 419 Firearms, LLC.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, or mediation, between you and Area 419 Firearms, LLC, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of your right to bring any claims against Area 419 Firearms, LLC, as part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals.

E-mail List

In an effort to stay in contact with our customers and inform them of sales and specials, we retain a list of each customer’s name and e-mail address. By entering your information to create an account or by placing an order on Area419.com, you are authorizing Area 419 Firearms, LLC, to send you follow-up e-mails about your purchase and e-mails with information about other products or services we provide. When you place an order on Area419.com or by registering an account on Area419.com, you are choosing to add your name and e-mail address to Area 419 Firearms, LLC, e-mail list. Your information will be retained and used in accordance with Area419.com’s Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time by using the unsubscribe link embedded in one of these e-mails. Area 419 Firearms, LLC disclaims all liability for errors in pricing contained in e-mails and advertisements sent by Area419.com—all prices shown on our website are final.

Mobile Terms & Conditions

Area 419 offers its customers marketing and promotional mobile alerts (e.g. cart reminders) by SMS message (the “Service”) on 75863. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. Only United States mobile numbers are eligible to participate. You may not enroll if you are under 21 years old. Before the Service will start, you will need to agree to these Terms. Area 419 reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice. Area 419 also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so.

By opting into the Service, you:

A. Authorize Area 419 to use an automatic telephone dialing system to send recurring text messages, which may be automated, to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).

B. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

C. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.

D. Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email copy of the opt-in or to update our records with your contact information, email info@area419.com.To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or the rest of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such device. For an email copy, you’ll also need an email account you can access from the device, along with a browser or other software that can display the emails.

Once you affirm your choice to opt-in to the Service on 75863, your message frequency may vary based on your interactions and initiated texts. You may receive alerts about:

Charges and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone’s pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service.

Supported carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Area 419 may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. Area 419 and the mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To Stop the Service

To stop receiving text messages from Area 419, text the word STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 75863 any time or reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any of the text messages you have received from Area 419. You can also contact us at info@area419.com. These are the exclusive methods for opting out. After opting out, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.

Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service every chance we get. To help us do that, we need to be able to record and monitor your phone calls with our customer service team. If you communicate with any of our agents or representatives by telephone, you are authorizing Area 419 Firearms, LLC, to record and monitor your phone calls with those agents or representatives.
