At this time, dies are ONLY shipping with ZERO M-Series Shellholders. If you are using any other ram-style press, you will need a “Traditional M-Series Shellholder” available HERE
If you have one of our existing headspace-adjustable shellholder kits, it WILL NOT work with the M-Series die, as this die requires a large-diameter shellholder. That kit will be very useful with the S-Series die, coming in 2024.
This is a 1-1/4″ die, and requires a Hybrid or 1-1/4″ Turret on your ZERO (or other press). It CANNOT be used with a 7/8″ Turret or other 7/8″ press.

The ZERO M-Series Sizing die is the culmination of years of testing, research, trial, error, frustration, and finally, discoveries.
As Reloaders, we knew we needed a die to do certain things, but as the makers of the ZERO Reloading Press, we also learned a huge amount about what other dies did well or did poorly, and what our customers were struggling with on a daily basis.
With the ZERO M-Series Sizing Die, we think we have produced a sizing die that is capable of producing the finest, match-grade ammunition, as well as being user-friendly to new and learning reloaders.
Sizing brass doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to require years of trial and error. It just needs equipment, made with the end-user in mind, designed with the understanding that a die is part of an ecosystem of parts. A press, a die, the brass, the rifle – they all have to work together and be designed with one another in mind. This is that. Introducing, the ZERO M-Series Sizing Die.

All dies ship with an Area 419 ZERO Die Ring, a spare decapping pin and necessary install/removal tools.

The price really made be pause for a min. I have tried many different dies over the years. When I put the Zero press and these M Dies together. It is so simple to get the bump I want .002 and it happens ever time. I have purchased 3 of these dies so far. This is my third ZERO sizing die from 419. I am delighted with the quality of these item. Neck run out is a never greater than 0.001 and is usually much less. I contrast this with a different high end sizing die from another vendor that always yielded runout that varied from 0.001 to 0.005. Grab a zero press and these dies and up your game!

I’ve got every other die and press you can think of…SAC dies and the new Nexus press, Micron, custom reamed dies, Forester, Redding, Whidden. Nothing bumps shoulders near as consistently as these do. I’m +/- 0.0005 99% of the time (own the 300 PRC, 7 PRC, Dasher, and 6 CM flavors). The only major problem is that they don’t make one for the 300 Norma ;).

I have not had a chance to chronograph any of the loads yet, but shoulder bump is coming out within .0005 every time. The micrometer adjustment is absolutely perfect. Also the annoying results with other does not sizing down the case to the web far enough is a non issue. The case comes back into spec perfectly. These dies are easy to set up but make sure you watch the video on YouTube.

This die is like a jewel. It’s massive and sturdy. Packaging is exceptional. Set up and adjustment is very easy. The micrometer head allows for easy headspace adjustment. The sizing sleeve is very tight and the brass is sized all the way down to the case head. Initially almost had a few stuck cases using Imperial sizing wax. Once the die breaks in, this will smooth out. Can’t wait to see how the groups perform. I use this die with the Zero. It will be nice to eventually have different sizing sleeves.
