When we released the ZERO M-Series Die it changed the way the serious reloader thought about dies and how headspace should work. Along with our reamer cut sizing chambers, that fully size the case body, the integration of a full-length ground mandrel, and spring loaded decapping, the micrometer adjustability for headspace was unlike ANYTHING on the market.
What we also knew would be a huge deal for reloaders though is the modularity of the dies.
Available now are modular sizing sleeves for these dies.

- One Sizing Sleeve in the chosen caliber. These are exactly like the internal sleeves that come in the complete dies
- One mandrel, delivering approx .002″ of neck tension in use, just like comes in the dies standard.
- One extra decapping pin

Great dies! as once you have the outside body, you can change out the insert and reload any of those that are listed on the website.
Being able to change out the mandrel and body die within less than 30 seconds put in a different shell holder and reload a different caliber with very good accuracy and ease A++
I would say is the mandrel =the black finish (hardened) is coming off (small area) on one of the mandrel..being very picky though.. I do realize that some of that built up carbon inside the case can be very hard as well.. I’ve never owned a carbide 100% percent carbide mandrel so I don’t know if those get scratched up as well? But then there’s a large price difference when you’re spending just $120 for 1-carbide mandrel.
Either way, very happy that I run area 419 reloading dies.
