As our ARCALOCK product line has grown, it only made sense to begin to offer tripods. We have partnered with our friend Dan at Two Vets to offer a line of tripods with ARCALOCK standard, giving you a great mix of options, value, and features.
We are offering 3 tripods from Two Vets, all with a 55mm ball head and ARCALOCK Clamp.

THE KIT – This is the smallest of the bunch. Lighter, smaller, meant for the hunter or person who is carrying a lighter kit a longer way. This version is equipped with leg stoppers to keep the legs from folding into one another.
THE RECON V2 – An all-purpose, do-it-all tripod. If you’re only going to have one shooting tripod, this is the one. Collapses well, is really stable, and is the best selling of the bunch. Hard to go wrong with this guy. This version is equipped with leg stoppers to keep the legs from folding into one another.
THE QDT V2 LS I – The QDT V2 LS I Tripod is truly a gamers tripod. Featuring the new inverted legs that put the twist locks right at the top of the tripod. This tripods sole purpose is to give those shooters a competitive edge when shooting matches. It features a quick deployment system with 2 leg sections and new ratcheting locking tabs for even faster deployment.

This tripod is not as steady as I had hoped. I know there is a learning curve BUT so far I do not think it is any better than friends’ other brand tripods which cost them much less.
I do not like the AREA 419 lock knob… I much prefer the lever-type locks other brands offer. In fact I’ll be substituting the Area 419 adopter with one that has an adjustable lever lock interface. I’ll lose the ratcheting feature of the Area 419 ARCA lock BUT I will be able lock-up just as tight more efficiently.

My only complaint, is a singular loose between the arca lock mount and the ball head.. I bought 2 of these tripods from Area 419 with the same issue and before I realized it it cost me an arca mount. I don’t blame Area 419 or Two vets at all I should have checked connection points sooner than I did. Otherwise these are rock solid and I would absolutely recommend and purchase again! Tighten those mounts!

Great products, but the 419 ARCA lock wobbled because it was not installed tight enough. I had to take apart the 419 arca clamp and retighten the one big screw that connects the clamp to the ball head.
Dan from 2 Vets explained this fix to me over the phone. 419 customer service < 2 Vets customer service Once I tightened the screw, everything is 5/5, excellent

Two vets tripod with arcalock works great so if you’re looking for one check out area 419. Do your research on tripods check the size of the ball head and the weight it can handle they’re worth the money I would buy again!

Still working out the logistics with the ball head but it’s super smooth and locks up rock solid. Love the ability to run Arca lock on the more powerful weapons I have it on and easily run standard Arca on my optics and 22LR. Tripod is solid, fluid and quickly adjusted.
