The RailChanger X is the second generation of our popular RailChanger System. It is designed with a lever-actuated bag retention system that will allow shooters to spend more time acquiring and engaging targets, and less time manipulating gear.

    The rail changer x provides multi point attachments which eliminates the use of full hands when moving in a sequence. This plate also serves as a wide base in an unattached method as well, 10/10 in my book! Again the attachment method is second to none, best on the market hands down!

    I’m extremely happy with my railchanger. My chassis doesn’t have to widest footprint and I have a 3-lug bolt so upon opening my rifle tends to roll…not with the railchanger!

    This works as advertised! I can carry the bag with it or drop it with no hassle. The addition of the thumb rest give a great way to hold the front of the rifle without having to hold the barrel.

    Pretty much the only piece of gear I need besides a tripod!

    My only complaint is that the arcalock rail on the bottom doesn’t actually work with arcalock clamps because the knob doesn’t clear the bottom of this device. Seems like a good argument for a lever-actuated arcalock clamp.

    What an extremely versatile plate I love that you can hook some of the bags to it or run it on its own when needed and the Arca rail on the bottom of the plate makes it awesome when you’re transitioning to a tripod

    This thing is a rock solid product. It makes it a lot more stabile on a barricade and keeps you from twisting the gun. I love how the bag clamps on to it. It’s a live saver on stages where you have to move a lot.

    BLUF- Buy this bad bear in conjunction with at least the pint size game changer. It’s a huge tool for your shooting bag.
    I’ve been using the rail changer X since they first came out. I got in on the pre-order I believe. So far, it has exceeded my expectations when paired with my pint size game changer bag. The bag fits well enough on the rail that I never have to worry about it falling off. The plate itself has some great features as well:
    1) Huge increase in overall stability. There is definitely a difference with and without the plate in both stability and recoil management.
    2) The thumb stop is in a great place to index my support hand on the bag itself and make minor adjustments to the rifle.
    3) The Arca rail machined into the bottom of the plate adds versatility and options for stages that may require tripod work.

    I paired this with my sticky Pint Size Gamechanger and could see a noticeable difference in stability compared to the bag alone. When I tried competing products, I couldn’t get any better results than just the bag. The RCX is a winner in both performance and versatility.
