With the original, and best-selling Hellfire release in 2016 we packed everything we knew about making a good muzzle brake into one design. Now, years later, we went back to the drawing board with a deeper understanding of what a brake can and should do, and how it can make a rifle as manageable as possible as the bullet exits.
Introducing the Hellfire Match.
This 4-port design isn’t simply stacking more of the same design on the end, it’s a complete redesign with each port being different. Different length ports, different angle ports, and different height port optimizes each one to provide an ideal function based on the pressure and volume of gas being acted on at its position. This results in optimal recoil management, optimal muzzle rise control, and imparts no extra sound pressure at the shooter position.
Using our patented Hellfire Self-Timing system, this brake uses the same Hellfire Universal Adapters that have been in our lineup for years, and can integrate with your Suppressor Mounts, Hellfire, Hellfire 2P and Linear Flash Suppressor. While this will be the new flagship brake, it is very much a part of our super popular Hellfire family.

This brake is great! Love the feel of the recoil impulse and not as concussive and loud as other brakes I’ve shot in the past. The adapter system that this brake mounts to is an ingenious design. Doesn’t affect accuracy and you can switch between suppressors and brakes that have the same mounting system.

This was purchased as an upgrade to the Hellfire muzzle brake that came standard with my new Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro in 6.5 Creedmoor. The new brake provides a noticeable improvement over the original Hellfire with regard to recoil & muzzle flip reduction. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I have a stainless hellfire match and decided to get the black brake to match the rifle a little better and reduce any visual sun reflection to animals. I like the stainless, but I placed it on my hunting rifle and decided to get the black brake to reduce the amount the brake reflects the sun. Both are great and I will place the stainless on more of a bench gun.

Hellfire Match is and awesome brake system that make the transition from shooting unsuppressed to suppressed extremely easy! Recoil and muzzle rise are greatly reduced with the match brake. Finish is excellent! Wish the 6.5 marking was engraved deeper like the rest of the alignment marks.
